Version6 (Pty) Ltd respects the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. This document describes the personal information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have as a Version6 account holder. All times referenced in this policy are in Africa/Johannesburg (SAST - UTC +2).

• Account data - full name, mobile phone number, email address (if provided), and a unique system UID generated at registration.
• Identity - KYC documents, selfie verification, and proof-of-address data required to enable withdrawals.
• Referral attribution - invite code used at sign-up, and the 3-level upline/downline graph this code creates (L1 - 10% / L2 - 3% / L3 - 2%).
• Device & session - IP address, browser user agent, login timestamps, and SAST timezone offsets used to detect suspicious sessions.

• Deposit method details you submit - 1Voucher PINs, bank account numbers, bank branch codes, USDT BEP20/TRC20 addresses, and M-Pesa Lesotho wallet IDs.
• Withdrawal destination data and a record of the last approved deposit method used to enforce the withdrawal-method lock policy (1Voucher deposits are the only exception and unlock all payout rails).
• All financial minimums stored in your account - minimum deposit R 250,00, minimum withdrawal R 100,00, bonus minimum withdrawal R 700,00, and the strict withdrawal business window of Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 SAST.

• Run the Version6 platform - activate packages, compute daily working-day earnings, and schedule payouts.
• Credit referral commissions on your upline - 10% / 3% for your direct inviter (L1), 3% / 2% for L2, and 2% / 1% for L3 - depending on whether it is the member's first package activation or a repeat activation.
• Apply the withdrawal time-window check and anti-fraud rules in the SAST timezone (UTC +2) before any payout leaves our systems.
• Send in-app notifications (deposit confirmed, withdrawal paid, package activated, referral commission received, daily check-in bonus) and rare marketing messages only if you opted in.

In-app notifications and Sonner-powered live toasts are enabled by default for every financial event. You can disable promotional banners in App Settings. Transactional service messages (e.g. withdrawal paid, suspected login) cannot be disabled because they are required for safe operation of your wallet.

• KYC documents and payout-destination data are retained for 5 years from your last successful withdrawal, as required by South African anti-money laundering legislation.
• Deposit & withdrawal ledger rows, referral commission rows, and daily earning schedule rows are retained indefinitely so your balance always reconciles.
• Sensitive fields (USDT addresses, bank accounts) are encrypted at rest; database backups are encrypted with AES-256 and rotated weekly.

Version6 is a 3-level team-reward platform. By joining with an invite code, your account UID, display name, package activations, and deposit totals become visible only to the 3 uplines above you, strictly so they can verify their referral commission calculations across the first-activation and repeat activation ladders. We never sell, rent, or export the referral graph to third parties.

• Right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to request correction of inaccurate information.
• Right to request erasure, subject to legal retention obligations (KYC, AML, financial ledger records cannot be erased while funds remain outstanding).
• Right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
