The following contract governs your use of the Version6 investment platform. Please read every clause carefully - activation of any package constitutes acceptance of the full terms. All times referenced below are in Africa/Johannesburg (SAST, UTC +2) unless otherwise stated.

These Terms of Service are a binding legal contract between you ("the User", "Member") and Version6 (Pty) Ltd, a company operating under South African law ("Version6", "we", "us"). By registering an account, depositing funds, activating any package, or collecting a referral commission you signify unconditional acceptance of these terms in full.

• Version6 offers ten prestige investment packages identified by gem & metal names, in order of value: V6 Sapphire (R 250,00, 50 working days), V6 Emerald (R 500,00, 50), V6 Ruby (R 1 000,00, 60), V6 Amber (R 2 000,00, 60), V6 Coral (R 4 000,00, 70), V6 Onyx (R 8 000,00, 70), V6 Pearl (R 10 000,00, 80), V6 Platinum (R 12 000,00, 80), V6 Diamond (R 15 000,00, 90), and V6 Obsidian (R 20 000,00, 90).
• All package schedules run on working days only - Monday to Friday. No earnings are calculated on weekends or on recognised South African public holidays.
• Each package produces a fixed daily amount, credited to the member's wallet each working morning (SAST). Package value, duration, and daily amount are displayed in the member dashboard and on the Packages page at the time of activation.
• A member may hold multiple simultaneous packages. Each package cycle is independent; activation of a new package does not extend, reset, or modify the schedule of a previously activated package.

• Minimum deposit - R 250,00, or the equivalent in USDT, or LSL 250 for M-Pesa Lesotho. Deposits below these minima will not be credited and must be reconciled via a support ticket.
• Accepted methods - 1Voucher, ZAR bank transfer (EFT & instant EFT), USDT BEP20, USDT TRC20, and M-Pesa Lesotho. Additional methods may be added or removed without notice.
• Deposits are credited to the member wallet on Version6 confirmation. The date of credit (and not the date of external payment) is the activation timestamp used for all package schedules and referral commissions.

• Minimum withdrawal - R 100,00 per standard request. Any withdrawal using bonus funds must be at least R 700,00.
• Business window - withdrawal requests are only accepted between 08:00 and 16:00 SAST on Monday to Friday (UTC +2). Requests submitted outside the business window are queued and processed at the next available opening.
• Withdrawal-method lock - to comply with anti-money laundering policy, funds must be withdrawn to the same method as the last approved deposit. The only exception is a 1Voucher deposit, which unlocks all available payout rails (bank transfer, USDT, M-Pesa).
• A KYC check (identity & proof of address) is mandatory before any first withdrawal can be approved. We reserve the right to request re-verification at any time.
• Processing times after approval vary by method - bank transfer 1-3 working days, USDT within hours on-chain, M-Pesa Lesotho 1-2 working days. Version6 is not liable for delays by receiving banks, exchanges, or mobile-money operators.

• Version6 operates a three-level referral program that pays a commission on every activation of a package in the member's downline: 10% on Line 1 (direct recruits), 3% on Line 2 (recruits of recruits), and 2% on Line 3.
• Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the activated package's face value, credited to the upline member's wallet on the same working day as the activation is confirmed.
• A member may only have one upline (the inviter whose code was used at registration). Upline placement is permanent; upline changes or sponsor swapping are not permitted for any reason.
• Version6 reserves the right to reverse or withhold commissions on activations that result from fraud, chargeback, mis-representation, or any violation of these terms.

• Investment involves risk. The names and imagery of gem & metal tiers are prestige product names only - they do not represent ownership of real gemstones, precious metals, mining interests, or any commodity-backed asset.
• Version6 operates an internal working-day schedule; past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not offer investment, tax, or legal advice; members are responsible for reporting their own earnings to their local revenue authority.
• Members are responsible for safeguarding their own login credentials, 2FA tokens, and wallet security. Version6 is not liable for losses arising from compromised user devices, leaked passwords, or authorised access.

• Self-referral, multiple accounts per natural person, or "recycling" referrals.
• Making false, misleading, or exaggerated income claims to potential recruits.
• Using the Version6 name or brand for any unrelated product, service, or token sale without written authorisation.
• Any attempt to exploit accounting, scheduling, or commission-calculation bugs for personal gain - all such gains will be reversed.

We may suspend, freeze, or permanently terminate an account on reasonable suspicion of fraud, chargeback abuse, prohibited conduct, breach of anti-money laundering or sanctions law, or material breach of these terms. In the event of a permanent ban, legitimate unencumbered balances (exclusive of any disputed or reversed commissions) will be paid out via the last approved deposit method within 10 working days of a successful appeal, or returned at the direction of the Financial Intelligence Centre if applicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gauteng. Any dispute must first be referred to our compliance officer via a support ticket for 30 working days before formal proceedings are initiated. All timestamps and deadlines in this agreement are calculated in SAST (Africa/Johannesburg).

We may amend these terms from time to time. Members will be notified via the in-app notification centre and by the banner on the Home dashboard. Continued use of the platform after 15 working days of such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. This version is effective 09 September 2026.
